Rules and regulations for the “Mechanic Joe 2023” programme.
1. The organiser of the programme entitled: “Mechanic Joe 2023" (hereinafter referred to as the "programme") is MANN+HUMMEL FT Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. with its registered office in Gostyń (Poland), at ul. Wrocławska 145, 63-800 Gostyń, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 9th Economic Division under KRS number: 0000674026, NIP: 696-14-13-485 [hereinafter also referred to as the Organiser].
2. The programme increases awareness of the WIX Filters brand among customers, particularly among mechanics.
3. The programme is aimed at mechanics and others who will be interested in the Organiser's products and in receiving the WIX Filters catalogue.
4. In doing so, the organiser is offering the opportunity for 200 people to obtain product catalogues [car filters] for free, with the catalogues being given to the first 200 people who apply.
5. In order to receive the catalogue, an interested person must click on the Programme banner and sign up on the application form, presented online via social media sites or Google, by October 31, 2023, and then provide his/her personal data for the purpose of sending the catalogue and agree to the processing of his/her personal data at least for the purpose of sending the catalogue by the Organiser.
6. Ordering of a catalogue requires the agreement of the person concerned to the terms and conditions set out in these Rules.
7. The Rules of the Programme are also available at the Organiser's office.
8. The Programme Organiser shall not be responsible for any public law obligations, including tax obligations, arising from the receipt of the catalogue benefit by the person concerned.
9. In matters not covered by these Rules, the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
10. The principles of the Programme are governed exclusively by these Rules. All promotional and advertising material is for information purposes only.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

MARKETING CONSENTS

I have read and accept, on behalf of myself, the "Mechanic Joe 2023” Programme [hereinafter referred to as the “Programme”]. * I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data provided in the application for the product catalogue offered under the "Mechanic Joe 2023" Programme organised by MANN+HUMMEL FT Poland spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. with registered office in Gostyń, ul. Wrocławska 145, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000674026 (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator" or "Organiser") to the extent necessary to deliver the above catalogue. The Organiser's entrustment of my data is only permitted to third parties involved in the administration of the Programme is subject to the provisions of the GDPR and the Data Protection Act.* I consent to the Organiser or an entity commissioned by the Organiser to send me notifications regarding the progress of the Programme and commercial information by means of electronic communication to the contact details I have provided in my application for the catalogue.* I agree to the use of telecommunications terminal equipment (as defined in the Telecommunications Law of 16 July 2014, i.e. Journal of Laws 2017, item 1907) by the Organiser or the entity to whom the Organiser will commission the above activities, using the contact details indicated by me in the form to notify me about the course of the Programme by means of telecommunication terminal devices, in particular by means of text messaging. *

I accept that my data is processed on the basis of the consent I gave while applying for the catalogue as part of my participation in the Programme, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.* I am aware that in addition to the right to access my data, the right to rectify, transfer, delete it or demand limitation of its processing, I have the right to object to the processing to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.* I am aware that the consents I have given so far for the processing of my personal data in connection with the Programme are voluntary, but their revocation or lack of consent results respectively in my inability to participate in the Programme and to receive the Catalogue or in my inability to receive commercial information from the Controller (information on newly introduced filters, current promotions or other commercial information concerning the Controller's activity).
